This truck is a true family affair. Dad bought this truck in the mid 80's, and it was in storage until we decided to restore it. It was mostly cosmetic, as it was fairly easy to get running. Everything was cleaned, repaired, and refinished. We had new wooden wheels made, new solid rubber tires put on, and preformed substantial rust repair. Gary Barker with Fatlighter did the woodwork on our cab for us. New seat upholstery and canvas top by Backstreet Custom Upholstery finished it off. We were rewarded for our efforts at the 2016 IH Nationals by being given both the Build Off award as well as the coveted Tripple Diamond Award. This one was special being that it was for family, especially since it stayed here when it was finished.
